Monthly Subscription
$50/monthly
My most popular option! This affordable option is for anyone who is comfortable with basic movement patterns, but needs help with programming. You’ll receive three workouts per week with programs training monthly. You’ll have access to my online app with a community of others doing the same program as you! Gym or minimal equipment options available.
1:1 Training
$200/month
Look here if you’re wanting a custom strength program. If you have chronic illness, a busy schedule, or are needing specific guidance in your strength journey, this is for you. You’ll have one check-in call per month and custom programming based on the equipment you have access to.
